A patented system replacing multi-day ACH settlement with instant, auditable electronic settlement that won't disrupt existing banking systems.

The Problem

Government tax payments rely on batch-based or reversible payment rails, leading to settlement delays, reconciliation complexity, and operational risk for both payers and treasuries.

The Solution

A three-layer settlement model:

  • Instant compliance validation and payment confirmation
  • Cryptographically verifiable, irreversible settlement
  • Final USD reconciliation into government treasury accounts using existing banking infrastructure
